The CPW Dentistry Scholarship Fund
Central Park West Dentistry awards scholarships on the basis of need and merit for any educational level. Whether a junior high school student needing tuition for private schooling in New York, a graduating senior entering college, a mother of 3 going back to school, or a thriving academic pursuing a graduate degree, an applicant’s only requirement is the following: a desire to learn, grow, and succeed. In order to qualify, the applicant must be a patient of record, or nominated by a patient of CPW Dentistry. The student may nominate themselves or be nominated by a current patient.

Application Deadline
Completed applications & supporting documents must be submitted by July 31st of each year. Applicants will be notified of the committee's decision in august in writing.
* All documents submitted will become the property of the CPW Dentistry Scholarship Committee and will not be returned.
All information giving to the committee will be kept in strict confidence.
Eligibility
Applicants/nominees must be US residents & must live or plan to study in the state of New York. New York residents who plan to study out of state/abroad may apply. |
