Dr. John Lhota has been my dentist for 15 years. I have flown thousands of miles to see him whenever I need dental work because I know it will always be done perfectly and painlessly — and kindly.

Along with routine care, Dr. Lhota performed an oral surgery in my mouth and the results were excellent from a procedure that was very complex. The whole office team — including the dental hygienist — is caring, patient, and more skilled than that of any other dental office I have ever visited. The office atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed, and there is never a sense of being rushed. I actually look forward to going to dental appointments with Dr. Lhota as there aren't many places where you can go and feel totally confident, comfortable, and satisfied with work that lasts."

I moved to NJ and have not been in for a cleaning because I live so far away. I do plan on making the trip really soonbecause I think Dr. Lhota and his wife are the best! I actually got over my enormous fear and phobia because of Dr. Lhota and I don't think I will ever go to another dentist. Even if it takes me 2 hours to get there ... I will get there. I feel so relaxed and at ease in your office and I am happy with results.

My husband, Richard, needed emergency root canal treatment during our visit to NY from the UK in January 2008. Dr. Lhota was amazing - the treatment was excellent and his approach was sympathetic. Although our trip was marred by Richard's painful mouth the professional care given was second to none and knowing that we could call Dr Lhota anytime for advice was a huge help for us in a city a long way from home. I have visited Dr. Martin for several years now. Both her and her staff are very professional. Be it regular cleaning, fixing a cavity, fitting a crown or getting implants she has done a meticulous job. I have been through all of these and cannot recommend her enough. She works with the best specialty dentists in NYC thus you may be sure all steps required for a particular procedure will be carried at the highest standards. The insurance claims are processed timely without any frills. I never had to bother calling my insurance company or going through an endless claims process like I hear other people do. The staff in the front is always nice and courteous. They remember your name and next time will approach you by name. All in one - wonderful experience!"

I went to Dr. Lhota as an emergency patient for an abscessed tooth. He saw me on a Saturday and treated me with all the care and concern one would expect if he had been treating me for years. He dulled the pain and relieved me of my agony. We will finish the root canal this week, but he saw me again on Sunday when I called with concerns about swelling, and then called me Monday and Tuesday to see how I was. You cannot get better care than that. I highly recommend him to anyone, but especially anyone with great fear of the dentist. Believe me, he will relieve you of any concerns.”
